Reporting directly to the SVP of Digital Operations & Royalties, the Associate Director, Digital Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day running of AMRA's Digital Operations function. Working alongside the Usage Processing, Finance Operations, and BI & Automation teams, you'll help ensure the successful delivery of our global digital administration services while driving operational excellence across the function.

You'll have established yourself as a trusted partner across Operations, Finance, and Technology while driving measurable improvements in service delivery.
You'll be a recognised leader within the Digital Operations function, driving continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening governance across teams, and delivering operational solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality across AMRA's global digital administration business.
