The Role 

Abbey Road Studios is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Studio Services Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of our world-renowned studio facilities. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the music, film, television or creative industries. Working closely with the Studio Services team, you will help coordinate bookings, support clients throughout their studio experience, and contribute to the smooth running of studio operations. 

You will gain exposure to a wide range of projects and clients while developing commercial, operational and relationship-management skills within one of the most iconic creative environments in the world. 

 

What You'll Do 

Support Studio Operations 

  • Assist with the coordination and administration of studio bookings 

  • Help maintain accurate booking information within internal systems 

  • Support the Studio Services team in ensuring sessions run smoothly 

  • Liaise with technical, facilities and hospitality teams to help deliver an excellent client experience 

  • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues and escalating where appropriate 

  • Help maintain high service standards across all studio activities 

Support Client Relationships 

  • Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for client enquiries 

  • Assist with booking requests and provide information about studio services 

  • Help build positive relationships with clients and support repeat business opportunities 

  • Welcome clients to the studios and help ensure a positive experience throughout their visit 

  • Support the team in preparing for client meetings and sessions 

Commercial & Administrative Support 

  • Support the Studio Services team on daily tasks 

  • Support the preparation of weekly booking and pipeline updates 

  • Help maintain accurate client records and account information 

  • Assist with invoicing administration and client account queries 

  • Work closely with Finance and Studio Services teams to ensure information is up to date 

Business Development Support 

  • Assist with maintaining client databases 

  • Support outreach and relationship-building activities 

  • Help identify new opportunities and emerging industry contacts 

  • Contribute to commercial and marketing initiatives across the business 

 

Who You Are 

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills 

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively 

  • Interested in music, film, television and the creative industries 

  • Customer-focused with a desire to deliver outstanding service 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 

  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude 

  • Willing to learn and develop commercial and operational skills 

  • Strong attention to detail and administrative capability 

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems 

  • Flexible and adaptable when priorities change 

Desirable 

  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, events, administration or studio environment 

  • An understanding of recording, production or post-production workflows 

  • Experience working with booking systems or CRM platforms
