Arcade Talent Agency (ATA) is an independent talent representation agency committed to empowering artists, musicians, and brands through touring. We connect our clients to a wide range of opportunities across global entertainment, media, and business sectors.

As we continue to expand, we are excited to welcome an Agency Assistant to support all areas of the business while working closely with our agents, artists, and wider roster.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support our agents and artists across a range of day-to-day activities, including:

  • Working closely with the Agent’s within Arcade to help plan Artist events and touring
  • Creating, issuing, and managing artist booking contracts
  • Raising invoices and liaising with promoters’ accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Managing Artist event settlements
  • Liaising with Event Promoters and Artists' team
  • Organising travel logistics, work permits, and local performance tax arrangements
  • Providing administrative support across the agency as required
  • Keeping event calendar up to date and performing market research

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within music, events, entertainment, or talent management, alongside excellent organisational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

This is a full-time, office-based role, working from our Shoreditch office.
