THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Management Assistant to support day-to-day operations across our artist roster and label activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience within the music industry, with a strong understanding of artist management, royalties, and client servicing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist senior managers with day-to-day artist management across multiple clients
Support touring logistics including advancing, scheduling, and coordination
Full diary and calendar management across artists and internal teams
Provide support across label management and release processes
Assist with artist marketing by reviewing creative assets, approving external social content, and preparing internal and client-facing decks
Assist with artist marketing campaigns and rollouts
Operational support across key industry periods
FINANCIAL & ROYALTY MANAGEMENT
Prepare and manage artist income/P&Ls
Raise and track invoices across multiple revenue streams
Proactively chase outstanding royalties and payments
Maintain accurate royalty tracking systems and reporting
Handle basic contracts and related documentation
SYSTEMS & PLATFORM SETUP
The candidate must be confident working across and/or willing to quickly learn:
Online Banking (payments & financial management)
Xero (accounting)
PRS / PPL (publishing registrations)
Neighbouring Rights & Royalty systems (royalty collection)
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 years’ experience in artist management, label services, or similar
Strong understanding of music royalties, publishing, and revenue flows
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator across artists, agents, and industry partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently
Location: Hybrid office working in Central London, we will only consider candidates who live within a 90 minute commute.
