A little bit about our team:

You will be a leader on our Facilities Management team under the Global Workplace Experience group and report to the VP, Global Facilities Lead. Our Global Workplace Experience team is designed to imagine, create, and maintain innovative and safe workplaces to accommodate the needs of our dynamic business and global footprint.

Your role: 

The Sr. Director, Regional Workplace Experience – Americas is responsible for leading all Workplace Experience operations across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. This role drives execution across facilities, real estate operations, vendor strategy, and employee experience, ensuring alignment with global priorities while delivering regional performance, cost efficiency, and service excellence.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for operational delivery, financial performance, and transformation initiatives across a complex and diverse portfolio.

Here you’ll get to: 

Regional Leadership & Operations

  • Lead Workplace Experience strategy and execution across all Americas offices and studios

  • Ensure consistent service delivery, operational standards, and performance across locations

  • Act as the primary regional partner to business leaders and functional stakeholders

Financial & Cost Management

  • Own regional operating budgets (OPEX and CAPEX)

  • Drive cost optimization initiatives aligned with company-wide targets

  • Identify and execute savings opportunities across vendors, space utilization, and services

Vendor Strategy & Management

  • Oversee all third-party vendors including facilities management, security, hospitality, and food services

  • Drive vendor performance, accountability, and contract optimization

  • Partner with procurement to ensure global consistency and leverage scale

Real Estate & Project Execution

  • Support real estate transactions, workplace strategy, and capital projects

  • Ensure strong execution of office buildouts, renovations, and space optimization initiatives

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget

Workplace Experience & Service Delivery

  • Elevate workplace experience through hospitality, service design, and employee engagement

  • Balance cost discipline with a high-quality employee and client experience

Transformation & Change Management

  • Lead regional implementation of global Workplace Experience initiatives

  • Support organizational transformation, including vendor transitions and operating model changes

  • Drive innovation in how workplace services are delivered and measured

About you: 

  • 12–15+ years of experience in building management, real estate activities, or workplace experience

  • Proven leadership across multi-site, multi-country operations

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets

  • Experience leading vendor models and outsourcing strategies

  • Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Experience in the entertainment industry

  • Experience executing return-to-office and hybrid workplace initiatives

  • Industry accreditations, professional registration or other advanced training is highly preferred

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-Onsite Salary Range: $180,000 to $200,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
