Location: London-office based, with UK travel and onsite working during peak festival periods
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (office-based 4 days per week)
Salary: up to £26,000 pa + competitive benefits
We are seeking a highly organised, ambitious and proactive Festival Promoter Assistant to join our small, busy team supporting the planning and delivery of music and live events. Working closely with the senior leadership team across programming, commercial operations and executive administration, this role offers exceptional exposure to the workings of festival creation and delivery.
This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about music and live events who is looking to build a long-term career in the industry. You will play a key role in supporting the CEO, festival programming, commercial partnerships, executive administration and office operations. This is a fast-paced role.

Supporting the Commercial Director
Support the Commercial Director in managing partners and stakeholder
Assist with commercial contracting, tender processes and related administration
Update P&Ls, track KPIs and benchmarking (internal and industry-wide)
Provide administrative support across sponsorship and partnerships
Track invoices, payments and commercial documentation
Supporting the Programming Director
Assist the Programming Director with artist scheduling and programming logistics
Manage contracting processes and administration
Conducting artist, audience and market research
Coordinate freelancers and external programmers
Track invoices, payments and financial administration
Support the day-to-day running of the office
Manage general office administration and coordination tasks
Help maintain an organised, efficient and welcoming working environment
Demonstrates a clear passion for music
Has a keen interest in developing a career within the festival and live events industry
Ideally, a minimum of 12+ months of experience in an office or administrative role, ideally within music or live events. However, we will consider entry-level applications if you can demonstrate the right attitude, initiative and personal drive
Graduate-level education is preferred but not a prerequisite
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and personalities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative systems (including Google Sheets)
