The Opportunity

We are Perplex, a luxury experience and lifestyle brand specializing in immersive premium electronic music events. Our Halloween 2026 event is our most expansive yet, and we're looking for a seasoned dealmaker to build the commercial partnerships that will define it.

This is a freelance, project-based role with a clear structure: identify, sign, and manage brand partners from now through live event delivery. You'll have genuine commercial creative freedom and access to some of the most compelling sponsorship inventory we've ever offered.

 

What we're looking for across categories

We're actively expanding beyond traditional F&B -  we want partners who understand experience, culture, and audience. Priority categories include:

  • Food & Beverage - our established lane, we love working with premium F&B brands

  • New verticals - we’re open to partnering with other brands who align with Perplex’s vision. This could be  Automotive, Crypto, Wellness, Tobacco and anything beyond. We’re excited to create experiential partnerships with the right companies

 

What we can offer partners

Our sponsorship inventory is substantial. You'll be offering:

  • Brand activation space across the venue during the live event

  • Pre-event dinners, conferences, and hosted experiences

  • VIP table access and private hosting packages

  • Naming rights across event elements

 

The role

You'll own the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting and pipeline development, negotiation and closing, CRM management, and hands-on coordination through to live event execution. You'll work closely with the Perplex production / operations teams and report directly to the founders.

What you bring: a strong existing black book of brand relationships across at least two of our target categories, proven experience closing and managing sponsorship deals end-to-end, and the commercial instinct to match the right brands to the right packages.

 

This isn't a role for someone starting to build their network. It's for someone who already has the relationships - and knows how to turn them into partnerships.
