The specific group is responsible for managing the end-to-end Supply Chain to set up, manufacture and distribute time sensitive media products to a very demanding retail and consumer market.

How you’ll CREATE:

The Analyst, Catalog & Campaign is responsible for monitoring inventory levels and procurement of physical catalog products on behalf of UMG owned labels, working closely with the label teams, internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the right products are available at the right time, at the right cost and to the highest standard of quality. This is a data-led, detail-oriented role with a significant amount of time spent working in spreadsheets. A fast moving and dynamic environment, offering excellent exposure to global operations and the opportunity to gain experience within a successful, collaborative team.

  • Utilizes Demand Planning tools to analyze sales trends, inventory positions, and demand patterns to support forecasting and procurement decisions.

  • Updates forecasting tools to reflect evolving demand signals while aligning with label strategies and corporate objectives.

  • Supports the efficient and cost-effective procurement of physical inventory across multiple labels.

  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track incoming orders, prioritize urgent requirements and help ensure on time delivery.

  • Reviews Bill of Materials to ensure manufacturing and pricing accuracy.

  • Proactively identifies risks or opportunities to improve supply performance.

  • Produces clear metric reporting and analysis to support continuous improvement.

  • Provides data to support decision making in life cycle management.

  • Strong Excel skills with ability to work confidently on large data sets

  • Good all-round experience and knowledge of MS Office packages

  • Good working knowledge of SAP and Planning workbench

  • An analytical mindset with a focus on forecasting, procurement, and inventory management

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and maintaining performance standards.

  • Confident, professional communication to suppliers, vendors, labels, other teams within UMG

  • Has the ability to track and manage multiple priorities, ensuring urgent inventory requirements are addressed quickly.

  • Experience in creating or contributing to KPI or metric reporting to support business in decision making.

  • A proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Confident to take initiative and escalate appropriately.

  • Strong organization skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptable to change and openly expresses a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and ways of working independently.

  • Demonstrates a desire to grow within a global team and to provide support to the wider operations team.
