Operating across multiple dance and electronic record labels and a global music catalogue. THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Music, the Label Manager  will play a central role in driving day-to-day operations and full campaign rollouts that bring each label's vision to life. Working across multiple dance-music brands, you will engage closely with their communities and collaborate with key stakeholders as well as key team members to deliver impactful campaigns from concept to completion. This role blends A&R instinct with strong marketing, organisational and strategic skills alongside direct ownership of team management, data analytics, and campaign planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Release Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage multiple release campaigns across different genres, from inception to completion, coordinating timelines, assets, and sign-off.
  • Oversee all general release administration including data management, uploads and P&L tracking,
  • Manage all aspects of product delivery, ensuring assets meet platform expectations and distributor specifications.
  • Liaise with distributors and DSP’s on delivery and release-related queries, ensuring accurate submissions and growth.
  • Coordinate record mastering workflows ensuring final masters are approved and delivered to schedule.
  • Oversee the distribution and scheduling of music across all platforms, ensuring timely and effective release strategies.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with artists and their management teams, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the release lifecycle.
  • Handle all artist and management communications, ensuring consistent correspondence across all active projects.

 
Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Own the reporting framework for all campaigns, tracking release performance and streaming data.
  • Provide regular campaign stats and updates to the leadership team and relevant stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations and marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on Discovery Mode performance, third-party playlisting results, and radio show reach.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within data analysis, to continuously improve campaign strategy and label positioning.

Finance & Commercial Management

  • Manage release budgets, create sales projections and ensure profitability and accountability for all spends.
  • Raise invoices and purchase orders, maintaining accurate financial records across all campaigns. 
  • Working with the Leadership Team to implement growth strategies for labels and artists with clear commercial targets and delivery.

 Team Management

  • Line manage and mentor direct reports, setting clear goals, priorities.
  • Oversee release campaigns ensure the digital marketing and creative team are effectively managing day-to-day release objectives, artist comms, and content.


 Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a record label environment 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Cultural awareness around emerging music trends 
  • Knowledge of physical product, distribution and release campaigns
  • Excellent communicator, confident presenting to both senior leadership and artists teams
