What you’ll do:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and lead Singapore-specific marketing campaigns for international music releases. You don’t just adapt global playbooks — you build on them with local intelligence, audience insight, and a clear point of view on what will resonate here.
 

DSP & Streaming Marketing

Drive visibility and performance across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and TikTok. Pursue editorial placements, playlist opportunities, and platform partnerships with intent and consistency.
 

Social Media & Content Marketing

Execute social activations that feel native, not forced. You understand platform formats, content trends, and audience behaviour well enough to know when to follow a trend and when to set one. You stay ahead across Instagram, TikTok, and whatever comes next.
 

Media & Press Relations

Manage relationships with local media, radio, music press, and lifestyle publications. Ensure international artists receive meaningful, well-positioned coverage in the Singapore market when it matters most.
 

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

Collaborate with Singapore’s most relevant content creators and KOLs to amplify releases in ways that feel authentic rather than transactional. Own the brief, manage the partnership, and deliver results.
 

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track, interpret, and act on campaign performance data — streaming figures, social analytics, and key metrics. You balance strong instincts with data-backed decision making, and communicate findings clearly to regional stakeholders.
 

On-Ground Activations

Conceptualize and coordinate pop-ups, listening sessions, in-store moments, and experiential touchpoints that bring campaigns to life beyond the screen. Every activation should feel considered and on-brand.
 

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with regional marketing, A&R, creative, and label teams. You communicate proactively, share ideas openly, and contribute to a culture where the whole team moves forward together.

What you bring:

  • You are a MUSIC LOVER! A genuine passion for music — across genres, formats, and cultures — that goes beyond the professional
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within music, entertainment, media, or a creatively driven industry
  • Deep familiarity with Singapore’s music and cultural landscape, including key platforms, media, and audience behaviours
  • Strong pop culture fluency — you follow trends, understand what drives them, and know how to apply that knowledge strategically
  • Deeply attuned to audience behaviour and cultural trends, with the ability to translate that insight into fresh, imaginative campaigns that meet audiences where they are
  • A data-informed approach — you use analytics to sharpen your instincts and validate your decisions
  • Digital fluency across social platforms, DSP marketing tools, and campaign management workflows
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset — you bring ideas, take ownership, and follow through
