Position Overview:
Pacha New York is seeking a commercially driven and culturally connected Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our live events programme. This role is responsible for driving ticket sales, brand visibility, and audience growth through a strategic mix of digital marketing, partnerships, content, and on-ground activations.
Working at the intersection of music, nightlife, and culture, the Marketing Manager will oversee campaign delivery from concept to execution, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, high-impact brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales, event awareness, and audience growth
• Manage campaign calendars across multiple events, ensuring alignment with programming and commercial targets
• Lead cross-channel campaign execution, working closely with the E-commerce Manager on performance marketing and conversion
• Collaborate with content, design, and social teams to ensure consistent, high-impact brand messaging across all touchpoints
• Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional collaborations to extend reach and engagement
• Oversee event marketing and on-site activations, ensuring alignment between digital campaigns and the live experience
• Monitor campaign performance and audience insights, using data to inform strategy and optimise future campaigns
Benefits Overview:

Salary Range: USD 110,000 – 120,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role within live events, nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid media, and digital campaign optimisation
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue through marketing initiatives
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple campaigns running simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Passion for music, nightlife, and cultural trends, with a deep understanding of audience behaviour
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
