THE ROLE

Vibee is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our Experience Operations team. In this role, you will represent Vibee and interact with customers to promote and support our brand activations and experiences. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving consumer engagement.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Artist Knowledge

  • Maintain a basic understanding of the artist, their career, and notable achievements to engage and inform fans, which will be provided by Vibee producers and subject matter experts when training.

Fan Engagement

  • Guide fans through various onsite activations and experiences.
  • Provide clear instructions and assistance to ensure fans can fully engage with the activations.
  •  Take initiative during peak times by engaging fans in line, keeping them informed, entertained, and excited while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any activation issues or technical glitches promptly.
  • Liaise with technical support teams when necessary to ensure swift resolution of problems.

Experience Packages

  • Have a general understanding of the different experience packages purchased by fans.
  • Answer questions related to these packages or redirect fans to the appropriate resource for further assistance.

Concert Event Knowledge

  • Stay informed about the concert event details, including schedules, venue information, and special instructions.
  • Respond accurately to fan queries regarding the event.

Customer Service

  • Interact confidently and professionally with fans ranging from various ages and backgrounds
  • Ensure fans feel valued and attended to, maintaining a high standard of service befitting a VIP experience.
  • Become familiar with all events, activations, and hotel areas in order to accurately direct guests to the appropriate locations.

Engagement Tracking

  • Track engagement and usage of assigned activations.
  • Report to the Event Project Manager on foot traffic, verbalized feedback, and general sentiment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on fan interactions and feedback to improve future events.

Hotel EDC Dates: Friday, May 15 - Monday, May 18 (actual work dates may vary)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality or brand ambassador role is preferred.
  • Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
  • Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for meeting new people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments in dynamic work locations
  • May work in drastic temperature climates while on site at events
  • Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

Hiring Hourly: $20.00 - $23.00 USD

Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position. It is estimated based on what a successful Nevada applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Nevada or perform the position from Nevada. Similar positions located outside of Nevada will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Vibee takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
