  • Partner closely with Commercial, Digital, Finance, and Market leadership teams to ensure data informs decision-making at every level.
  • Support senior leadership presentations with clear, insight-led storytelling and strategic recommendations.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the regional lead for commercial analytics across SEA, coordinating and elevating local market analysts.
  • Establish best practices, governance standards, and knowledge-sharing frameworks across territories.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP, Digital Business Development & Strategy (SEA) and regional leadership team.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-backed recommendations and confident executive communication.
  • Foster a culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and innovation across the region.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an analyst, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (required), with the ability to query and manipulate complex datasets independently.
  • Experience with Python or similar programming languages, particularly for data manipulation, automation, or modelling.
  • Proven ability to work with large-scale datasets and develop scalable dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience translating data into strategic, commercially relevant insights.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to senior leadership and influencing decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of digital performance metrics, revenue drivers, and platform-based ecosystems.
  • Experience embedding automation and AI-enabled workflows into analytics environments.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the music industry, digital media, streaming platforms, entertainment, or broader digital ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with DSP performance metrics, subscriber growth models, content performance analytics, and platform economics.
  • Exposure to forecasting, scenario modelling, and strategic planning processes.
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts across multiple markets or business units.
  • Active engagement with emerging AI technologies, LLM tools, and data automation platforms.
