About us

T S agency is a Berlin-based, internationally operating booking agency in electronic music.

We work with established artists while building the next generation of talent. A large part of what we do happens behind the scenes: negotiating deals, organising shows, managing calendars, planning tours.

In practice, that means a lot of coordination with artists, promoters, and partners, a strong attention to detail, and an environment where multiple things are happening at once.

Within the team, this means direct communication, honest feedback, and taking responsibility for your work. No corporate structures, no long decision-making processes - but a setup where you learn fast and are genuinely involved in how things run.

Our office in Kreuzberg is shared with our sister companies across label, distribution, and event production (LIAM). This gives you a broader view of the music industry - from artist development to show production.

We’re a small, diverse team where growth matters - through day-to-day collaboration, regular workshops, and a constant effort to challenge and improve how we work.

You can find our artist roster here: https://t-s-agency.com

Your role during the apprenticeship

From day one, you’ll be part of the workflow and involved in the day-to-day:

  • Preparing show offers

  • Communicating with promoters, artists, and partners

  • Maintaining calendars, show details, and databases

  • Supporting tour planning and logistics

  • Assisting with contracts and invoicing

  • Researching and preparing booking strategies

You’ll also move through areas like coordination, contracting & invoicing, and finance basics - with a clear focus on booking.

Over time, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility.

What you should bring

  • A-levels (or equivalent qualification)

  • Some practical experience (e.g. internships, part-time jobs, or started studies)

  • Interest in electronic music and the international music scene

  • Very good German skills (min. B2-C1) for vocational school, and solid English for day-to-day work

  • A structured and reliable way of working

  • A good understanding of organisation, processes, and numbers

  • Motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership

Grades matter less to us than your mindset and how you work.

What you can expect

  • Direct insight into the international music and booking industry

  • A broader view of the industry through close collaboration with label, distribution, and event production

  • Close collaboration with experienced agents and the team

  • A small, diverse team without rigid hierarchies

  • Honest communication and direct feedback

  • Regular workshops that challenge and expand our perspectives

  • Team lunches at the office (Tue & Wed)

  • Benefits like Urban Sports Club support, BVG ticket, and internet subsidy

Our goal is to bring you on as a long-term member of the team after your apprenticeship.

Good to know

A big part of the work is staying organised, paying close attention to detail, and managing multiple things at once.

If you’re up for getting really good at exactly that and taking ownership, this is for you. If you’re mainly here for the “backstage” side of things, it isn't.
