The Post Production Supervisor is responsible for building, leading, and operationalizing the post-production function within the Content Production team. As a newly established role, this position will define the vision, structure, systems, and standards that underpin all editing, retouching, finishing, and asset delivery workflows across photo, video, and live-stream productions.

Reporting into the VP of Content Production, the Post Production Supervisor serves as the strategic and operational lead for post. This role will design and implement scalable pipelines that ensure technical precision, creative integrity, and predictable delivery across a high-volume, multi-format production environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a post-production expert who combines creative fluency with operational discipline—someone capable of building a department from the ground up while maintaining world-class standards.

How You’ll CREATE

  • Establish and define the post-production vision, workflows, and operating structure for the studio.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a growing team of Editors, Retouchers, and post specialists.
  • Design scalable post-production pipelines from ingest through delivery.
  • Implement standards for file naming, storage architecture, asset management, and version control.
  • Partner with DIT / EIC to ensure seamless capture-to-post handoffs.
  • Oversee color workflows, finishing standards, export specifications, and technical compliance.
  • Develop quality control processes to ensure all assets meet creative and brand expectations.
  • Build and manage post-production schedules in collaboration with Production and Creative teams.
  • Evaluate and implement software, hardware, and infrastructure solutions to support volume and growth.
  • Establish vendor relationships for overflow or specialized finishing services when required.
  • Create documentation and training systems to support team scalability and consistency.
  • Balance creative ambition with operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility.

Bring your VIBE

  • 5+ years of experience in post-production within music, entertainment, commercial, or broadcast environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building or restructuring post-production teams and workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of editing, color pipelines, retouching standards, and finishing processes.
  • Strong understanding of storage architecture, media management, and asset lifecycle systems.
  • Experience leading teams and setting quality benchmarks at scale.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels when required.
  • Strong collaborator who can interface effectively with Production, Creative Direction, and Technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a systems-driven mindset.
  • Experience in high-volume e-commerce or digital-first production environments strongly preferred.
  • Passion for music, storytelling, and operational excellence.

Salary Range:

$93,150 - $95,000
