A little bit about our team:

The Merchandise Production team is part of the broader Creative and Production organization, partnering closely across the business to bring merchandise programs to life from concept through delivery. This team works cross-functionally with Brand Leads, Tour group, vendors, and other internal collaborators to manage the production and purchasing of merchandise across U.S. concert tours, eCommerce, outside retail, and corporate and label promotions. The work spans various types of branded apparel and accessories, with a focus on delivering high-quality product, strong execution, and timely support for each channel.

Your role:

As a Merchandise Production Manager, you will lead the day-to-day purchasing and production of an extensive variety of merchandise, including decorated apparel, headwear, posters, and accessories. You’ll work closely with vendors to manage quoting, manufacturing, shipping, and delivery, while overseeing multiple orders at various stages of production.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners including Brand Managers, Tour teams, Product Development, and other stakeholders to ensure merchandise is produced accurately, on time, and aligned with creative and business goals.

Success in this role requires a proactive, hands-on approach. You’ll be expected to take ownership, anticipate challenges, and push projects forward with urgency and accountability. It’s a fast-paced, high-volume environment that demands strong multitasking, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills while supporting merchandise needs for a diverse roster of artists.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Work at the center of merchandise production supporting some of the biggest artists in the world across the Warner Music Group roster, bringing products to life that fans connect with.
  • Partner across teams including Brand, Creative, Tour, eCommerce, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to execute high-impact merchandise programs across multiple channels.
  • Own and prioritize a high volume of incoming orders, balancing speed, quality, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors (domestic & International) to quote, produce, and deliver merchandise on time and to spec at the highest level of quality.
  • Build and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring visibility and alignment
  • Coordinate packing, tracking, and delivery to guarantee merchandise reaches the accurate location, at the appropriate time
  • Communicate timelines and updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders across tours, warehouses, and internal teams
  • Contribute to vendor performance tracking, including report cards and periodic reviews

About you:

  • You bring 2+ years of experience in merch production, procurement, purchasing.
  • You’re highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and results-driven, with a bias toward action and problem solving
  • You love working in a dynamic, high-demand environment and can adapt quickly as priorities shift.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, across a range of stakeholders
  • You’re collaborative and enjoy supporting, training, and mentoring others on the team.
  • You’re customer-focused and take pride in delivering high-quality work on time.

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Knowledge of apparel decoration methods and manufacturing processes (screen print, embroidery, cut & sew, etc.)
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management systems, PLM, Airtable, Google tools etc.
  • A superstar mentality and a genuine positive attitude.
  • Experience in a creative or fast-moving consumer products environment

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-Onsite Salary Range: $66,300 to $67,038.19 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
