Assistant Bar Manager

The Fox and Firkin is looking for a reliable and organised Assistant Bar Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy live music venue.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Assistant Bar Manager, you’ll be the friendly face leading the bar team and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar
• Lead, train and support the bar team
• Manage and monitor stock levels
• Maintain a fun, safe and welcoming environment
• Support the delivery of events and busy service periods

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Assistant Manager
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident leading a team and taking initiative
• Interest in music, events and hospitality is a plus
• Comfortable being featured on social media for venue content
• Solid cocktail knowledge, with the ability to train others
