DARK MATTER redefines the interfaces between technology, creativity and interaction in order to create space for personal sensory experiences.

DARK MATTER is an exhibition made of expansive light installations within a converted factory. The exhibition introduces new and technical concepts, most of which will be made visible to the public for the very first time.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Commissioning, supervision as well as switching off the technical equipment 
  • Correction of technical defects 
  • All-round support of the light and sound installations 
  • Care and maintenance of technical equipment and building technology 
  • Installation, supervision and dismantling of technical equipment for temporary indoor and outdoor events (concerts, shows, parties)

 

YOU BRING:

  • Completed education as an event technician 
  • At least 2 years of experience in event technology (light, sound, video) 
  • Experience with lighting consoles and event technology control software is an advantage (e.g. GrandMA, Resolume, Beyond, Madrix) 
  • Hands-on mentality and very good technical understanding 
  • Holistic thinking and high ability to work under pressure 
  • Distinct ability to work in a team 
  • Very good knowledge of German and/or English 
  • Partly assignment on weekends
