Role summary

We are looking for an experienced Day-to-Day Artist Manager to join the team in our South London office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will take operational ownership of assigned artists – ensuring strategy is executed effectively and the artist’s day-to-day world runs smoothly. You will act as the central hub for the artist’s career, coordinating partners, managing schedules and driving projects across recordings, touring, marketing and commercial activity.

The ideal candidate is high-agency, detail-obsessed and exceptionally reliable – able to respond quickly to new developments while maintaining clear forward visibility and momentum across weeks and months of activity.

This is an in-person role based in our South London office, with core working hours and regular in-field work including evenings and weekends when required.

What you'll do

  • Maintain full ownership of the artist’s professional world, ensuring priorities move forward and nothing important slips
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the artist and their team, monitoring closely and responding quickly to developments and requests
  • Coordinate activity across the artist, their partners and Supernature’s internal teams, ensuring information flows clearly and all parties deliver on commitments
  • Anticipate issues early, identify risks and escalate critical decisions to the Senior Manager at the right moment
  • Manage projects end-to-end including releases, campaigns, touring activity, brand partnerships and promotional initiatives
  • Work closely with Supernature’s specialist teams across records, marketing, operations and finance to execute projects successfully
  • Own the artist’s schedule, ensuring diary is accurately maintained, conflicts are avoided and upcoming activity is properly prepared
  • Coordinate logistics including travel, visas, itineraries, advancing and scheduling for shows, sessions and promotional activity
  • Travel with the artist when necessary to support key moments such as campaigns, shows and promotional activity
  • Maintain internal tracking systems, task lists and project timelines so that all activity, deliverables and key information remain organised and visible across the team
  • Maintain client’s marketing assets, including website, press kits, live listings and social media profiles

About you

  • At least 3 years’ experience directly managing established artists
  • Broad understanding of the music industry across recordings, live, publishing and brand partnerships
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Strong sense of ownership – you take initiative and do not wait to be told when something needs attention
  • Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and calm under pressure
  • Clear, concise and confident communicator
  • Strong relationship-builder, able to work effectively and build trust with artists and industry partners
  • Comfortable handling high-profile individuals with discretion and professionalism
  • Flexible and responsive to client needs outside traditional working hours – this is a core requirement of the role

Working here

Supernature is a small, mission-driven team building new models for artists to develop sustainable, independent careers. We work closely together, move quickly and hold high standards for ourselves and each other.
