Senior Event Manager

At dnoise, we are looking for a Senior Event Manager to lead the production and execution of events and festivals, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers . We need a highly autonomous individual with strong problem-solving skills who will be involved in production from day one : planning, negotiating, anticipating risks, and making live decisions. This role will involve managing timelines, budgets, permits, logistics, and technical/operational production, maintaining premium standards and meticulous attention to detail. On-site presence during setup and throughout the event is essential to ensure flawless execution and the best possible experience for both clients and attendees.

Tasks

  • Account management, production and execution of event and festival projects (with high budgets)
  • Manage expectations and needs with the client and translate them into a production plan (scope, retrotimings, milestones, deliverables).
  • Prepare and control budget: estimates, comparisons, awards, deviations and closures.
  • Design and maintain the overall schedule: pre-production, assembly, rehearsals, show, dismantling and returns.
  • Coordinate suppliers (technical, audiovisual, lighting, sound, rigging, staging, security, catering, etc.) together with the production team.
  • Manage permits, licenses and relationships with venues/authorities when applicable.
  • Plan logistics and operations: transport, access, loading/unloading, storage, accreditations, hospitality.
  • Coordinate production with our teams and suppliers.
  • Being on-site during setup and event: operations management, on-site coordination and immediate incident resolution.
  • Coordinate safety, occupational health and safety and regulatory compliance (protocols, briefings, checklists).
  • Manage operational communication with clients and stakeholders during the process (updates, approvals, changes).

Requirements

Essential requirements:

  • Experience of at least 4 years as an account manager specializing in events or event management
  • Managing tight production timelines
  • Experience and skills in regular customer service
  • Experience coordinating teams; highlight this experience in your cover letter or CV.
  • Ability to use Excel at an advanced level; we don't require creating ultra-complex formulas, but you should know how to create formulas and generate reports using Excel.
  • Pay attention to detail; the client you're dealing with is very demanding and won't tolerate poor quality.
  • Experience managing large budgets

Salary Range
