Role: Head of Content & Social / Cultural Content Lead
We are looking for someone with strong cultural judgment.

Curate, sequence, and withhold content across releases and tours
Develop narrative arcs that unfold over weeks, not just in individual posts

Manage paid campaigns selectively and strategically
Maintain long-term cultural positioning rather than chasing short-term metrics
Qualifications
Deep knowledge of electronic music beyond the mainstream (house, techno, leftfield)
Strong editorial instinct and storytelling judgment
Proven ability to execute content autonomously
Video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop etc. (basic layout, typography, image treatment)
Clear visual and aesthetic sensibility
Self-directed, reliable, and confident in decision-making
You should know when to publish and when silence is stronger
