Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Astral People are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney/Eora-based team.
The primary goal of this role is to support the Marketing team across our digital channels, with a key focus on keeping our online presence consistent, fresh, and artist-first in the interest of driving ticket sales. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to grow and learn within an industry-leading, multifaceted music company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of music and social media, a keen interest in how tours and events are marketed across Australia and New Zealand, and an eye for content that performs on social platforms. You’ll also contribute creative and strategic ideas to campaigns.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role. You’ll be working across artists including Snoh Aalegra, AJ Tracey, Yussef Dayes, Bicep, The Prodigy, Jamie xx, Sampha, Ross From Friends, Ezra Collective, Masego, Jyoty, Madlib, Folamour, Sim0ne, and Yung Singh, as well as high-profile events like Summer Dance. You’ll also support the overall Astral People brand across our social channels, website, and press outputs.
You’ll support the Marketing team in rolling out tour and event campaigns from announcement to show day. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where you’ll learn how campaigns are built, optimised, and executed.
