VibeeU is Vibee’s university and college level experience program, offering internship, mentorship and masterclasses for aspiring experiential music and live entertainment professionals. 

VibeeU is launching with Hotel EDC Immersive Program, a 2 month immersive, hands-on program that gives real-world experience in the entertainment and live events industry. 

The program will be run by Vibee’s marketing team on an event-by-event basis, starting with Hotel EDC Las Vegas 2026. Interns will work together on bringing marketing strategy to life and implementing ideas throughout the course of the event.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The role will begin remotely through the month of April where interns will attend live “lectures” and meetings to get a holistic understanding of Vibee, Insomniac, Hotel EDC, EDC, Vibee’s Marketing Department and more. Interns will also attend courses that will give instructions in regards to their onsite responsibilities so they can be fully prepared once arriving in Las Vegas.  

Interns will have remote work prior to Hotel EDC and the week following (5/18-5/22) and will be onsite, working full time, for Hotel EDC Las Vegas the week of May 11th. This is a paid internship.

  • On-site attendance is mandatory from May 11-18th 2026

  • Lodging and round travel for trip to and from Las Vegas will be covered if you’re coming from out of town; however, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the work site and outside of work hours

TIMELINE

Applications will be open the first week of February. Subject to close earlier based on application pool size. Interviews will begin mid February. Applicants will be decided and onboarded at the beginning of March 

*Must be available to be in person May 11-18th 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada* 

**Must be okay sharing a hotel room, with separate beds, with one other Intern** 

Time Commitment: Remote: 5 hours per week in April, 10 hours in the month of May remotely 

On site: Average of 50-60 hours during the week and weekend of May 11-18, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Choose from one of the three marketing areas focusing on Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and Data & Analytics Marketing. 

    • Digital Marketing will assist on all digital marketing fronts while onsite. This will include:

      • Assist in on-site content capture with photographers and videographers

      • Develop and create social media content for Vibee’s social media channels

      • Support in Vibee’s branding efforts around Hotel EDC 

      • Create digital marketing strategy and assist in managing Vibee’s social accounts with live posting, community engagement, and sentiment analysis

    • Strategic Marketing will assist with traditional marketing efforts including: 

      • Assist in developing a multi-channel marketing campaign for Hotel EDC event and programming 

      • Study and analyze industry trends and how to apply to Hotel EDC marketing

      • Assist in the development and execution of on-site brand marketing initiatives

      • Interpret and measure KPIs and suggest improvements

      • Support audience segmentation and targeting

      • Assist with project coordination

      • Provide post-event report

    • Data & Analytics Marketing will assist in our analytical efforts including: 

      • Collect data from Hotel EDC guests 

      • Study and analyze Hotel EDC data and suggest improvements and actions

      • Assist in developing and executing on-site data measurement, and indicate KPIs

      • Create visualizations of marketing data 

      • Support survey design and feedback analysis

      • Provide post-event analysis and report

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university majoring in marketing, business, hospitality communications, advertising, journalism, or related majors 

  • Must be available to work between up to 15-20 hour weeks while remote and around or more while working in person duration of time

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 

  • Interest in live entertainment, music events, and experiential marketing 

  • Basic digital skills: social media management, Google Suite, data visualization tools, etc. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed to support event schedules.

  • Ability to work in busy environments and tolerate noise during event production.

  • Must be willing to travel to event sites as required by project needs.

  • Some physical activity may be required (e.g., lifting up to 20 pounds).

  • Position will expose candidate to sensitive company information and so must maintain strict confidentiality

  • Must exercise the utmost discretion in dealing with staff, vendors, and business associates regarding sensitive matters
