We don’t just run campaigns, we install systems. Last year, we sold over $55million in tickets using our proprietary Audience Engine.   • Position: Senior Marketing Manager

  • Location: Hybrid (4 days remote; 1 day per week in London office)

  • Type: Full Time

  • Hours: 40 per week

  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

  • Start Date: February/March 2026 (flexible for the right person)

 

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of:

Performance Marketing × Project Leadership × Client Ownership

You will:

  • Execute high-performance campaigns

  • Manage complex workflows

  • Lead client communication

  • Uphold the standards of our most respected internal title: Audience Engineer

You will not crumble under pressure.
You will raise the standard when pressure appears.

 

Event Marketing Responsibilities

You will:

  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing plans across paid media, email, SMS and WhatsApp

  • Set up and manage campaigns in:

    • Meta Ads Manager

    • TikTok Ads

    • Google Ads

  • Build and schedule D2C campaigns in:

    • Mailchimp

    • Cobrand

    • WhatsApp

  • Write persuasive promotional copy for:

    • Emails

    • Landing pages

    • Ad creative

  • Set up and update landing pages using our Evntree software

  • Manage audience segmentation and data structure to improve targeting

  • Conduct daily campaign checks and A/B testing to maximise performance

  • Track and optimise cost per registration, cost per acquisition, and revenue efficiency

 

Project Management Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage multiple campaigns concurrently

  • Build detailed task briefs

  • Track delivery inside ClickUp / Monday / Slack

  • Identify bottlenecks before they affect launch

  • Adjust quickly when new deadlines arise

  • Ensure campaigns launch exactly as planned

  • Remain calm under pressure

  • Stay solution-oriented when chaos appears

Reactive marketers wait for problems.

Audience Engineers eliminate them early.

 

Communication & Client Leadership

You will:

  • Act as a confident, trusted point of contact between clients and the Crowdsauce team

  • Communicate clearly, concisely and proactively

  • Respond rapidly (ideally within 1 hour)

  • Spot upsell opportunities naturally

  • Surface issues early rather than letting them compound

  • Volunteer mistakes and turn them into process improvements

  • Bring composure, clarity and positive energy into high-pressure environments

 

Who This Is For

This role is for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing or event promotion

  • Has 2+ years using paid social and CRM systems

  • Is exceptionally organised and fast-working

  • Thrives in high-pressure environments

  • Takes ownership rather than waiting for instruction

  • Writes extremely compelling copy

  • Has a refined eye for detail and aesthetic excellence

  • Thinks strategically, not just tactically

  • Cares deeply about music, sport and culture — but values performance over hype

  • Elevates the energy of a room rather than drains it

Music industry experience is helpful.

Intelligence, systems thinking and resilience are essential.
