Account Executive - Italian Market

Location: Italy (preference for hubs with high venue density: Milan, Rome, Bologna, Florence, Turin, Naples)
Reporting to: International Sales Manager
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting (with support), discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build pipeline through market research, industry networking, social channels, and referrals.
Qualify and prioritize leads using clear criteria (fit, decision power, potential, timing).
Deliver tailored demos and commercial presentations aligned to each venue’s operations (ticketing, VIP reservations, guest management, reporting, marketing).
Manage multi-stakeholder deals (Owner/GM, CFO, Marketing Director, Guest/Operations Manager) and stay the main point of contact throughout the process.
Lead the closing process, including contract coordination and stakeholder alignment.
Keep CRM updated with high discipline: interactions, next steps, pipeline stages, and forecasts.
Represent Fourvenues within the local ecosystem (venues, promoters, partners, events) to accelerate deals through trust and credibility.
Based in Italy with availability to travel domestically when needed.
7+ years of B2B sales experience with quota ownership and proven closing performance.
Experience selling software / SaaS (ideally with an operational and/or financial component).
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and large accounts with multiple stakeholders.
10+ years of experience in the nightlife industry (clubs, venue groups, promoters, festivals, beach clubs, premium hospitality) with deep understanding of how the ecosystem operates.
A strong network in Italy’s nightlife scene, with the credibility to open doors and create opportunities through relationships.
Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
Strong commercial skills: communication, negotiation, active listening, process control, and executive-level influence.
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT or SPIN (or similar consultative frameworks).
Native Italian + professional English (minimum B2).
Proactivity in anticipating needs and acting independently.
Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Growth mindset and initiative to propose improvements and innovative solutions.
Excellent organizational and planning skills in dynamic environments.
Fluency in English and Italian. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
Ability to influence clients and partners.
Ability to close deals.
