We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to help us build the Partnerships department from scratch. This is a key, hands-on role with high internal visibility and strong growth opportunities within the team.
This position is for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and real hunger. In the early stages, you will be expected to define processes, test, fail, learn, and iterate. Report to: Partnerships Lead.
Your mission
Support the creation of the Partnerships department, helping define the strategy to attract new partners and generate new business opportunities.
Support the three partner verticals: Channel Partners, Integrations, and Commercial Partners.
Prospect and onboard strategic partners, managing the full cycle from first contact to deal closure.
Manage and optimize the existing partner portfolio, maximizing activation, engagement, and ROI.
Act as the main point of contact for partners: regular meetings, demos, follow-ups, and needs management.
Support the creation and execution of scalable processes for partner prospecting, qualification, and onboarding.
Negotiate partnership agreements and win-win collaboration models with decision-makers.
Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and strong execution.
Coordinate with other markets to align strategies and share best practices.
Develop playbooks, enablement materials, and resources so partners can properly represent the solution.
Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships.
Collect continuous feedback from partners and clients to identify pains and new opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the ecosystem.
Your profile
3+ years of experience in Partnerships, B2B Sales, or Account Management (ideally in SaaS or tech environments).
Proactive, persistent, and strongly results-oriented.
High attitude, energy, and willingness to learn and grow.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships, generate trust, and close deals.
Strong communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
Genuine interest in the partner channel as a growth engine.
Native Spanish and fluent in English.
Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
