Your role: 

  • Regularly and directly support the EVP and Chief Corporate Development Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, Recorded Music & Music Publishing with carrying out their duties, including, but not limited to:  

  • Preparing corporate documents and presentations, reviewing and analyzing information and documents relating to business operations, managing critical projects, coordinating business projects, interviews, etc. 

  • Regularly and directly support the Executives with their correspondence. This may include managing the Executive’s email. 

  • Manage Executive’s schedule, which includes, but is not limited to, planning and coordinating internal/external meetings, conferences, business and personal travel (domestic and international), etc. Anticipate critical events and Executive’s needs. 

  • Serve as gatekeeper for Executive by screening, prioritizing, and escalating requests and inquiries. 

  • On behalf of the Executives, regularly and directly interact with clients, potential clients, artists, and other high-level/VIP persons, and establish and maintain relationships (internal and external). 

  • Manage Executive’s meetings and presentations, which includes, but is not limited to, meeting organization, document preparation, and occasional coverage and taking minutes/notes. 

  • Support Executive with civic and industry commitments. This may include attendance at industry events. 

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. 

  • Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing the above. 

  • Work with and assist Executive Assistant to the CFO to manage team-wide responsibilities and meetings globally as required.

  

About you: 

  • You have 8+ years’ experience directly supporting C-suite executives, ideally in large-scale, fast-paced environments 

  • Highly operational, organized, and detail-oriented, high-EQ  

  • Customer service-oriented with strong organization and time management 

  • Advanced knowledge of travel logistics- itineraries, international and domestic 

  • Able to operate autonomously, comfortable with ambiguity 

  • Demands excellence from themselves and those around them 

  • Strong work ethic with a teammate embraced approach to supporting the Executive team 

  • Unquestionable moral compass 

  • Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment 

  • Ability to travel, as needed 

  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time 

We’d love it if you also had: 

  • Previous executive assistance experience supporting a CEO, EVP, President or other high-level executive with discretion and confidentiality 

  • Extreme discretion with sensitive information and exude professionalism  

  • Adaptable to a variety of situations with numerous personalities 

  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail 

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

  • Strong proficiency in and working knowledge in Google Suite 

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent

This position requires a minimum of 5 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-Onsite Salary Range: $35.89 to $41.02 Hourly Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
