How you’ll LEAD:

The Digital Threat Management (DTM) team is looking for a Sr. AI Security Engineer to lead the establishment, maturation, and overseeing of a unified framework for data security to include assisting in data quality, regulatory compliance, and data protection.  This role will directly influence enterprise strategy, regulatory exam readiness, risk reduction, and overall data trust.  In addition, you will establish, lead, and execute multi-year roadmaps to data security, drawing upon cross-functional partnerships to deliver data security posture reviews on a repeatable basis and review new data systems as they're developed.

How you’ll CREATE:

  • Lead the enterprise Data Governance Program, defining policies, standards, stewardship models, and data ownership structures;

  • Drive adoption of enterprise data governance policies across business units while ensuring alignment to regulatory and internal audit expectations;

  • Oversee data quality, metadata management, and issue remediation functions to improve data integrity and trust;

  • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments relating to data management, protection, and quality

  • Provide strategic leadership on data-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring governance is built into system modernization, cloud adoption, and digital initiatives,

  • Prioritize and oversee remediation programs tied to regulatory commitments, M&As, and internal audit issues; and,

  • Assist in the formation of the AI Center of Excellence (ADE).

Bring your VIBE:

  • 15+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Protection, Cybersecurity GRC, or enterprise data management;

  • Strong command of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and enterprise data architecture concepts

  • CDPSE, CDP, PMP, and/or, CIPT certifications a plus.

Salary Range:

$139,490- $239,323
