Job Overview:

We are seeking designers with experience in brand identity (with motion and editing as a bonus) as well as client pitch work and deck building.

Experience: 4+ years experience in a design role (studio, agency, in-house, or equivalent freelance).

You should be comfortable working end-to-end, from early design development through to delivery, and able to manage multiple outputs across a campaign or brand system.

You must have a good understanding of electronic music branding and culture (labels, club/festival worlds, underground vs commercial aesthetics).

 

Key Responsibilities:

Brand identity + systems

  • Create and develop brand identities including logos, marks, typography and layout systems
  • Produce brand guidelines / brand books that are clear and rollout-ready
  • Build modular brand toolkits that scale across digital, social and print deliverables
  • Lead on image making and artworking, from concept visuals and compositing through to final retouching and production-ready outputs.

 

Deck building + pitching

  • Design decks and pitch presentations (structure, hierarchy, clarity, visual polish)
  • Support client pitching and be comfortable presenting work when needed

     

Modern AI workflows 

We’re looking for someone who can use ai in a controlled, practical way to speed up production without compromising design quality. You should be comfortable using modern AI tools for:

  • Fast exploration and iteration (static + motion development)
  • Image cleanup, compositing support, extensions, upscaling
  • Versioning and production acceleration
  • Video-related workflows that support editing and finishing

     

Essential Skills:

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign) (Bonus: After Effects / Premiere)

• Adobe Lightroom proficiency (photo selection + editing, especially event photography)

• Strong brand identity capability (logo creation, typography, systems thinking, guidelines)

• Figma for digital layout systems, rollout templates, brand books and pitching

• Strong attention to detail and consistent finishing standard

• Comfortable working directly with feedback and iterating quickly
