Junior Administration + Bookings Concierge

We are looking for a junior or medium entry admin whizz to join our team. As a junior / entry-level role, and we are happy to train the right person. The ideal candidate will love music, DJs, people, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
This role suits someone who can think on their feet, multi-task confidently, and stay calm under pressure. No two days are the same, and this is not a 9–5 role, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting management with day-to-day admin and operational tasks
Managing multiple calendars and priorities
Updating spreadsheets and handling data accurately
Handling emails, enquiries, and internal communication
Assisting with sales enquiries and client follow-ups (full training provided)
Booking hotels, transport, and flights, often at short notice
Attending meetings, events, and industry social meet-ups
Essential Skills & Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English with strong grammar and spelling (GCSE level or higher – proof required)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines
Confident decision maker who can think quickly and problem solve

Interested in sales and relationship-building
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role
Flexible and responsive — this role does not operate within standard office hours

Additional Information

This is a remote position, however due to the nature of our business, 
Regular travel to support the management team will be expected
