Booking Coordinator / Booker

 

NGE Booking is seeking a Booking Coordinator / Booker to join the team. This role is designed for an experienced Agency Assistant at a corporate agency who is ready to step up into a booking role, or for an existing Booker looking to take on greater responsibility within a boutique electronic music agency.

Working closely with Senior Agents, you will play a key role in managing the booking process end-to-end, owning promoter relationships, and contributing directly to the growth and development of a diverse electronic roster, from emerging artists to headliners.



Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the booking process from deal confirmation through to post-show settlement
  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for promoters, venues, artists, managers, and agents
  • Preparing deal memos and show confirmations, and managing contracting details
  • Issuing contracts and invoices via Overture and tracking deposits and balances
  • Proactively working with promoters to identify, pitch, and secure new booking opportunities for roster artists
  • Maintaining accurate booking calendars, spreadsheets, and tour routing information
  • Advancing shows by ensuring promoters receive artist riders, technical specifications, press kits, and marketing assets
  • Liaising with artists and managers regarding artwork approvals, social media requests, and promotional requirements
  • Checking travel details and supporting logistics as required
  • Conducting in-depth market and artist research to support touring strategy and artist development
  • Attending artist meetings, taking minutes, and following up on agreed actions


Hours / Pay

  • Full Time — Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00
  • Salary — DOE
  • London-based; office attendance expected 4 days per week


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Agency Assistant at a corporate talent or booking agency, or experience as a Booker / Booking Coordinator; no less than 2-3 years+ experience 
  • Clear readiness to take on deal responsibility and direct promoter communication
  • Strong understanding of live booking workflows, contracts, deposits, and settlements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple artists, tours, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep passion for electronic music and nightlife culture, with strong market awareness and a keen ear for emerging talent
  • Confidence in building and maintaining promoter relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets and Dropbox
  • Experience using booking systems; Overture experience is a strong advantage
