Main Purpose of Role

To assist with the preparation of accurate royalty accounting for all parties contracted to the labels, and to provide information to Management and the labels on the same.

Main Duties

  • Processing of Licensing Income into Sprint through to production of month end and distribution of income to the labels

  • Monthly processing of synchronisation income

  • Assist with Royalty Accounting - UMR

  • Assist with Monthly fee income bookings as directed by the License Head

  • Quarterly TV break claiming and booking of overseas claims as directed by Head

  • Quarterly Article Input into our inhouse TRACS System

  • Monthly processing of VAT invoices payable on the labels

  • Investigation and resolution of ad hoc queries on the labels as within job holder’s capabilities

  • Other ad hoc tasks on the team as directed by License Head within job holder’s capabilities

Person Specification

  • Good levels of numeracy and accuracy in figure work

  • Ability to analyse and interpret legal documents

  • Can deliver under pressure, and can set / meet own goals

  • High level of competency on mainframe and Microsoft packages

  • Must be able to complete all tasks within agreed deadline
