Assist in coordinating the creation of content, including imagery, short-form video and graphics, working with designers, videographers and freelancers as required. Organise and maintain content libraries and approved assets.

  • Community management & engagement

Monitor social channels and actively engage with audiences through comments, messages and mentions, helping to build positive community relationships and maintain brand voice.

  • Trend monitoring & cultural awareness

Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and relevant cultural moments, flagging opportunities to enhance content, engagement or campaign performance.

  • Performance tracking & reporting

Track social media and digital performance using analytics tools, contributing to weekly updates and monthly reports that highlight key metrics, trends and opportunities for improvement.
