KOKO is expanding its Social Media and Marketing team and is recruiting two full-time Coordinators to support the continued growth of our brands and audiences.
One role will sit within the KOKO Marketing team, supporting content, social media and digital activity across the KOKO estate. The second role will be dedicated to KOKO Electronic, focusing on our electronic music programme and club identity, working closely with the Music and Promotions teams to drive ticket sales, engagement and cultural relevance within the electronic music space.

Job summary
As a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning, creation and delivery of digital content and social media campaigns across KOKO’s platforms. Working closely with senior marketing and promotions leads, you’ll help manage content calendars, publish and optimise posts, engage with online communities, and track performance to inform future activity.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, creative and detail-focused, with a genuine interest in music, culture and digital trends. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and external creatives, and contributing ideas that help strengthen brand presence and audience growth.
What the role entails:
Support the development and delivery of content and social media plans, helping to maintain clear, well-organised content calendars that align with campaign priorities, deadlines and brand standards.
Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across social platforms, ensuring posts are timely, accurate, platform-appropriate and optimised for reach and engagement.
Write, edit and adapt copy across social, digital and email channels, tailoring tone of voice and messaging to suit different brands, audiences and campaign objectives.
Assist in coordinating the creation of content, including imagery, short-form video and graphics, working with designers, videographers and freelancers as required. Organise and maintain content libraries and approved assets.
Monitor social channels and actively engage with audiences through comments, messages and mentions, helping to build positive community relationships and maintain brand voice.
Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and relevant cultural moments, flagging opportunities to enhance content, engagement or campaign performance.
Track social media and digital performance using analytics tools, contributing to weekly updates and monthly reports that highlight key metrics, trends and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Music, Ticketing, Design and Operations to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-briefed and delivered smoothly.
Support wider marketing activity including on-site assets, digital screens, website updates, newsletters and CRM campaigns, helping ensure consistency across touchpoints.

This role is dedicated to KOKO Electronic and it’s programme. A strong understanding of electronic music culture, club audiences and digital trends within the scene is essential. You’ll work closely with the Music and Promotions teams, supporting artist-led campaigns, ticket sales and culturally relevant content across platforms.
For the KOKO role
This role supports the broader KOKO estate, working across multiple brands, venues and audiences. You’ll contribute to content and social activity spanning live events, hospitality, membership and venue storytelling, requiring an adaptable approach to tone, messaging and platform use across different audiences and campaigns.
