Resident Advisor (RA) exists to support local scenes and connect the global electronic music community. Founded in 2001, we are located across 6 offices around the world, and read by more than 4 million people a month.
This is an entry-level position, based in NYC will support our ticketing team across the globe to ensure we maintain our industry-leading service levels. Playing a vital part in the daily operations of one of RA’s most dynamic teams, the Ticket Support Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day promoter and customer support and administration. This is 5 days a week, full time, 1-year fixed term contract with 2x a month Saturday cover.
