Overview: A brand new and one-off opportunity for a senior Marketing professional to join a world-class Festival, Events and Music business based in Manchester. The business partner with UK and International household name festivals and music acts, to create the very best campaigns, branding and social/campaigns. The Senior Marketing Manager will be based at the office in Manchester ensuring the agency produces the outstanding work required to achieve its world-class ambitions. Working alongside some of the most well-loved and known music events your team will create bespoke campaigns to launch music festivals, develop festival marketing strategies & playbooks, as well as planning and executing full marketing campaigns. The Role: Based in Manchester, the Senior Festival Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Music and Events and work alongside the Paid Media team and Creative team. Your role will see you running a team focused on delivering roadmap and products, managing each client from idea generation stage all the way through to production and implementation. Responsibilities will include: Create and deliver world-class strategic playbooks to help the client base of festivals & events continue to grow and achieve their targets; Lead the way on delivering our flagship strategic products & services to festivals & events; Direct the creation of bespoke campaigns & strategies to launch and sell out music festivals and events; Direct the marketing strategies that the agency implements and consult on the plans that are delivered externally to ensure they stay on track; Create an unrivalled client experience by going above and beyond the standard expectations to create long-lasting relationships and partnerships; Identify opportunities for new business, upsell and client retention, as well as striving for impeccable levels of client service in all campaigns; Devise concepts for launch videos which will cut through the noise and stand out from the rest; Devise and direct the delivery of concepts for unique and innovative experiential marketing ideas that can be sold to festivals and events; Work alongside Content, Paid Media & Design teams to bring campaigns to life. Client communications and management of expectations; Campaign reporting, including weekly, monthly and end of campaign analysis. Requirements: Working from the HQ in Manchester, the Senior Festival Marketing Manager will be passionate and highly experienced in music, festivals and events with a 360 marketing experience. You’ll need high level experience directing: social media, paid media, digital marketing, Out of Home, PR and experiential campaigns as well as knowledge and understanding of the entire sales process for music festivals. Experience and proven success directing campaigns for festivals and events is essential.
