As a Floor Manager at British Airways ARC , you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences on event days. You’ll oversee three bar areas, including the VIP Lounge, Box Bar (self‑service beer stations), cloakroom and merchandise points, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards.
You’ll support lead front‑of‑house operations, support your teams, and make sure every guest receives outstanding service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll keep service flowing, solve problems quickly and help create a welcoming atmosphere across the venue.
