The Cause is an award-winning, fully independent multi-venue dance music institution. We are a vital part of London’s nightlife ecosystem and we pride ourselves in supporting charitable causes and championing underground dance music. Our open-door policy welcomes everyone equally, regardless of musical tastes, gender, race, class, age, sexual persuasion or kinks.
Whilst maintaining the ethos of The Cause and providing a platform for electronic artists to continue playing through the pandemic, through ventures such as Costa Del Tottenham, The Greyhound and All My Friend, provided a wider portfolio of entertainment, varying from food, comedy, cabaret, live music and DJ events.
Having secured new spaces for us to operate across London, we are recruiting for a variety of senior management positions to help manage the operations of the spaces, develop and grow the team and move the business forward.
