To celebrate Resident Advisor’s 25th birthday, RA has partnered with The Queer Nightlife Community Center (QNCC) to host a free day of knowledge-sharing, practical learning, and community building for New York City's nightlife workforce. What is It? A hands-on, one-day event designed to help nightlife workers build sustainable, financially stable careers. Led by local industry professionals, the day features practical workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities focused on expanding your skillset and unlocking new income streams. Lunch and refreshments are provided. As part of the program, participants will have the opportunity to receive an honorarium to shadow a worker and mentor at a future nightlife event held at QNCC.  Who is It For?
