e•SOUNDS is expanding its roster of female, LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive artists worldwide. We are looking for DJs, live set artists and electronic music creators working across techno, rominimal, slow motion/downtempo, nu-disco, trance, experimental and adjacent underground scenes. e•SOUNDS operates a combined management and booking model. The Role LDN East is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, event delivery, staff management, safety, compliance and commercial performance of the venue. This is a hands-on leadership role, not an office-based management position. The successful candidate will be highly visible at the venue, lead from the front, take ownership of operational standards and ensure every department is organised, accountable and working together effectively.
