We’re looking for a Director of Business Development to lead our publishing efforts in the Nashville market. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing songwriter and catalogue opportunities, building deep relationships across the community, and positioning Believe as a credible, trusted publishing partner. This is an execution-heavy role with autonomy. You’ll be the primary face of Believe Music Publishing in Nashville, building pipelines, representing the company at key events, and feeding sharp local insight into our broader North American strategy. The tasks and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:  Build and manage a robust Nashville-focused pipeline of writer signings, catalogue administration deals, and partnership opportunities.
