We are looking for a skilled and driven Marketing & Promotions Manager to lead the promotional strategy for our venue. This role is central to increasing brand visibility, driving ticket sales, and ensuring our events remain culturally relevant and well-attended.   You will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage content production, and maintain strong relationships with third-party promoters. Eutopia Warehouses are looking for an individual with experience in promoting / marketing music events to join our team. The person will be assisting our campaign directors across a wide range of festival and club shows including 51st State Festival and more!    Job roles include but not limited to:  - Assisting the Promoter in creating strategy for shows (this will include social, content etc) - Assisting the Promoter in creating marketing timelines  - Ensuring all deadlines on the timeline are kept - Activating and delegating strategy for shows where necessary - Assisting Promoter in liaising with an Ad Buyer - Copy writing for content including blog posts, social media etc Distributing marketing materials to third parties e.g. brands, artists - Setting Up Tickets on Live It - Updating and maintaining all socials and websites with news, new content etc Management and maintenance of databases e.g. mobile, email etc...
