Otherworldly Head of Advancing Role As Head of Advancing, you’ll be the bridge between artists, management, promoters, and our internal team, ensuring every show unfolds smoothly and every interaction feels exceptional You’ll own the advancing process end-to-end, from deal confirmation through to show completion.  You’ll create structure, nurture relationships, and set a new benchmark for artist care. This role is for someone who thrives on precision and people in equal measure, who is highly organised but personable, caring, and understanding.
