Dalston Superstore is iconic Queer space which has been at the heart of East London's LGBTQI+ scene since 2009. We're looking for an experienced and dynamic  General Manager  to oversee the day-to-day running of Dalston Superstore. The GM is responsible for service standards, team culture, operational delivery and venue-wide coordination. The role includes managing the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Duty Managers, supporting team wellbeing, and working closely with the venue owners and the HR Manager on rota, compliance and business planning. Contracted hours : 35hrs - 40 hrs + overtime as required Shifts will include both daytime admin shifts as well as weekend, evening and late-night service shifts as required.
