The Role
The Junior Marketing Manager (Music Technology) under the guidance of the Head of Growth executes the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media and digital marketing campaigns for Motive Unknown’s Music Tech clients. This role focuses on assisting in customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across ecommerce and subscriber campaigns. Line managed by the Head of Growth, the ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of paid media platforms, and an eagerness to develop their technical, analytical, and strategic growth marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Support
Lead the planning and execution of client paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Execute the set-up, monitoring, and optimisation of campaigns with a focus conversion objectives.
