JOB PURPOSE
Department/Division: WOMAD Location: Neston Park Estate, Wiltshire Salary: £170 pd
To support the Production Team with build and break of WOMAD festival from start to finish (16th - 29th July 2026) , installing and de-rigging scrim site wide.
DESIGNATION OF POST AND POSITION WITHIN DEPARTMENTAL STRUCTURE
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Crew reporting to Site Manager and Production Manager.
Scrim Crew will be expected to report daily to the Site Manager and Production Manager, who will allocate jobs from the Site Office list.
Duties :
Installing scrim, reed and covers to fencing
Installing putlogs and bracing to heras
Assisting other teams with duties inc. loading/unloading, carpentry etc
Essential Skills:
Practical skills
Physically able and comfortable lifting
