We are looking for an Assistant Manager to complete our Club Management team. You will assist in managing all aspects of the operation to ensure that standards across the venue are maintained to the highest levels. Both during operational shifts and office/back of house shifts, you will take ownership of your areas of responsibilities ensuring the best outcome for the business whether it be profit maximisation, cost control, customer care and safety, service and standards, or venue cleanliness and presentation. You will assist in preparing the Club for each event, from the opening set up and briefings for the various departments, to close down. You will have experience in all floor operations with emphasis on bar, cloakroom, front of house, VIP and driving service throughout the venue.
