Live Republic runs some of the UK's best-loved club nights and live event brands, bringing fans together at sold-out nights across the country.
Our portfolio is led by Groovebox, our flagship electronic brand, alongside GirlyPop, RNB Mania, K-Pop Live, The Magic Of Christmas and Catseye. Each brand has its own audience, tone of voice and event calendar, and we tour across UK cities year-round.
We're a lean, ambitious team that likes building things: our own marketing platform, automated reporting and AI-powered creative workflows. We measure ourselves on full rooms, with a target of 80% fill on every event and the ambition to sell out.
You'll own every owned-channel touchpoint between a fan and our brands, and make email and SMS one of our biggest ticket-sales drivers.
Our ticketing data already flows into Brevo, so the foundations are there. What we need is someone to build on them: segment our audiences properly, automate the journeys that sell tickets while we sleep, and prove the revenue impact. You'll set the overall CRM strategy and lead a team of CRM Executives who build and send the mailers day to day. Your job is to decide what we send, to whom and why, then make sure the team delivers it brilliantly. You'll know Brevo well enough to guide, review and unblock, without being the one building every email.
