We are a Berlin-based booking agency with many years of experience working within the international electronic music scene alongside leading artists.
We stand for a diverse, safe and respectful working environment and are strongly opposed to any form of discrimination.
We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious new team member to join our Booking Team.
We are looking for someone at an early stage of their booking career, with around 1–2 years of relevant experience, who is passionate about electronic music and eager to develop within an international booking agency.
You may already have your own DJ roster or established artist relationships, but this is not a requirement. We are equally interested in someone who has gained initial experience in booking and is ready to take the next step in developing their own roster and career as a booking agent.
The role is based in Berlin and reports to the Head of Booking. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Germany.
As part of our Booking Team, you will be involved in the day-to-day booking activities for our artists and in developing new opportunities for the agency. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing relationships with promoters, venues, festivals, managers and artists;
Handling booking inquiries and negotiating offers and terms with promoters;
Preparing and sending offers, deal memos and booking-related documentation;
Actively developing opportunities and generating new business for our artists;
Researching and identifying suitable promoters, venues, festivals and markets for our roster;
Supporting the development of international touring strategies for our artists;
Maintaining and developing your own network of industry contacts;
Supporting the acquisition and development of new artists for the agency;
Keeping up to date with developments, trends and new talent within the international electronic music scene;
Representing the agency professionally in conversations with artists, managers, promoters and other industry partners;
Attending relevant industry events and conferences when required.
1–2 years of relevant experience in artist booking, talent management, artist representation or a similar role;
A strong understanding of the electronic music scene and its international market;
Existing relationships with promoters, venues, festivals, managers or artists are a strong advantage;
An existing DJ roster is a plus;
A genuine passion for electronic music and a good understanding of different scenes, markets and artists;
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset — you actively look for opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Confidence speaking and communicating with international industry partners;
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously;
A strong commercial understanding and interest in developing artists’ careers and business;
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player;
High level of discretion, professionalism and reliability;
Fluent English is required. German and/or other languages are a plus;
Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally and attend industry events outside regular office hours when required.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, international environment with some of the most exciting artists in electronic music. We’re a small, hands-on team where your work truly matters, your ideas are heard, and no two days look the same. If you enjoy touring culture, problem-solving, and being part of a passionate team, you’ll feel right at home.
