Operations & Management Support (m/f/d) – Hardcore Entertainment

The Role

We are looking for someone to support the organizational and operational side of the agency and assist with the leadership and day-to-day management of Hardcore Entertainment. You will work closely with the founders, helping to keep bookings, contracts, and communication running smoothly while the agency continues to scale. You'll also play a key role in helping us grow the agency, ideally bringing your own artists or existing contacts with artists, promoters, and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations: booking requests, contracts, scheduling, and deadlines
• Support the founders in operational and strategic decision-making
• Communicate with promoters, venues, festivals, and artists
• Maintain and expand existing relationships with promoters and artists in the electronic music scene
• Coordinate logistics around bookings, including travel, riders, and scheduling
• Help build and improve internal structures and processes as the agency grows
• Represent Hardcore Entertainment professionally in external communication when needed
• Support the expansion of the agency's roster, including scouting and onboarding new artists

What We're Looking For

• Solid, first-hand knowledge of the electronic music scene, ideally across Trance, Hard Dance, Techno, House, and related genres
• Your own roster of artists and/or an existing network of contacts among artists, promoters, and other key industry stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure and tight deadlines
• Clear, responsive communication, comfortable across email, phone, and messaging
• A proactive, hands-on approach; someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
• Experience in booking, event management, or the music industry is a plus, but genuine scene knowledge and drive matter more than formal credentials
