We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Jazz Cafe.

Jazz Cafe is a world-famous, award-winning live music venue in Camden. For over 30 years it has hosted rising stars and global talent across hip hop, soul, jazz, world and electronic music. The restaurant sits on a stunning mezzanine overlooking the stage, creating one of the most unique dining experiences in London, where guests enjoy great food and drinks while watching live music just metres away.

It’s a fast-paced environment with a lot going on. We’re looking for a skilled and organised Chef de Partie who can run their section confidently and deliver consistently high-quality food during busy services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your section during prep and service while maintaining high food standards.
• Preparing and cooking dishes with consistency, quality and attention to detail.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team to keep service running smoothly during busy shows.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Assisting with prep, stock rotation and maintaining a clean, well-run kitchen.
• Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Confidence running a section during fast-paced service.
• A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organisation.
• Someone reliable, hardworking and focused on quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• A genuine interest in cooking and hospitality.
