As Restaurant Manager, you take ownership of the restaurant. You lead the team, drive performance and ensure every shift delivers an experience guests come back for.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the front of house team
- Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards
- Drive performance, quality and consistency
- Manage recruitment, training and team development
- Handle guest feedback and maintain strong relationships
- Work closely with senior leadership to grow the business
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong organisational and operational ability
- A focus on quality, culture and long-term success
- Someone who wants to build and lead a high-performing team
